Acceptance of terms

By using the TastySave app ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time.

Description of the Service

TastySave is an app that lets users turn online and social-media content (links, descriptions, comments, and screenshots) into clean, structured written recipes using AI. The Service includes saving, organizing, and accessing the recipes you create.

Permitted and prohibited use

Permitted:

• Personal, non-commercial use of the Service
• Saving and sharing recipes for personal use

Prohibited:

• Commercial use without prior approval
• Redistributing Service content without attribution
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service
• Uploading illegal or harmful content
• Using automation or bots without authorization

User account

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

AI processing and third-party services

To extract and produce recipes, content you choose to submit may be processed using third-party artificial-intelligence, OCR, content-extraction, and API services.

Using the extraction feature constitutes a request to process the selected content for the purpose of generating the recipe. Additional information about providers and the types of information processed is available in the Privacy Policy.

Content submitted by users

You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to submit and process the links, text, images, and screenshots you provide to the Service.

You grant TastySave a limited permission to process submitted content only as reasonably required to provide the Service, extract the recipe, display it, save it, and synchronize it according to your request.

You must not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized content.

Subscriptions, purchases, and automatic renewal

TastySave may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, scan packages, or other digital products through Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Prices, billing periods, and included benefits are shown on the purchase screen before payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play or Apple before the renewal date, subject to the applicable store terms.

TastySave cannot directly cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Deleting your account or uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.

Scan packages or other consumable products may be subject to the conditions shown at purchase and may not be transferable or refundable.

Refund requests are handled according to Google Play or Apple App Store policies and applicable law.

Intellectual property

All rights in the app, its design, source code, and original content are reserved by TastySave and its owners. Recipes generated through the Service are based on content sourced from the input you provide and are not original works of TastySave.

Recipe accuracy, allergens, and food safety

Recipes are generated or organized automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or incorrect interpretations of source content.

You must independently review ingredients, quantities, temperatures, cooking times, and safety instructions before use.

TastySave does not provide medical, dietary, or professional advice. Users with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, pregnancy, or medical conditions should independently verify the information and consult an appropriate professional where necessary.

Service availability and changes

We strive to provide a reliable, continuous service, but we do not guarantee full availability at all times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with or without prior notice.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. TastySave shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we find that you have breached these terms.

If an account is terminated, information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Account deletion

You may request account deletion inside the App or through:

Deleting an account does not cancel an active subscription. Limited information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy for legal, accounting, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.
